Our Lab "Cappy"
Nancy and I traveled to the
Wildrose Kennels in Grand Junction, TN to pick up our new British Labrador Retriever puppy. Lady Cappuccino, "Cappy" for short. She is a beautiful chocolate Lab. The British Labs are somewhat smaller than the American Lab and a bit calmer. No one told Cappy that. She did ride home, 400 miles, perched between our neck and the backrest of the seat. That is still her favorite resting-place.We are still in the housebreaking stage and I get up at 4 AM to let her out. But we're making progress. Today we left her in the house for several hours and had no accidents. Like the kids, one day she will be civilized.
